About Revvy

REVvy Technologies, Inc. (REVvy) is a Salt Lake City, UT-based technology venture operating in the intersection of real estate (PropTech) and blockchain (Web3).

REVvy's mantra and focus are simple:
Real-time Real Estate.

REVvy was founded by technologists in the title, escrow, and broader real estate settlement industry. Recognizing the power of blockchain and being particularly mindful of the industry's current challenges, including high inflation, higher interest rates, reduced home affordability, and fewer purchase and refinance transactions, the opportunity to provide relief to the industry has never been higher.

While there are challenges facing the industry, there are also massive opportunities. Significant investments are being made to fractionalize and tokenize real estate. Efforts are also underway to "put real estate [itself] on the blockchain."  These efforts are not scalable and require significant changes to the legislative structure of the county recorder's office and judicial case law, which recognizes documents recorded with the county as official records of ownership.

Unlike these ventures, REVvy aims to the "Intel-inside" of the real estate community and remain focused on the problems that take the most time (and cost) to obtain:  What is the property worth? How is it encumbered? How much equity do the owners have? Solving these three core questions will create liquidity and transparency for a $41 Trillion market.

A Two-Part Solution

REVvy Technologies, Inc. (REVvy) is the brainchild of the founders of Title iO, William Borghetti, Ryan Whitlock, and Scott Lewis.

In addition, real estate attorney and web3 innovator Jared Moss, who helped with Title iO's acquisition of GreenFolders from First American, joined as a co-founder to help provide significant entity structuring, tokenomic modeling, and lead REVvy's core technology and distribution partnerships.

As the core concept of REVvy began to coalesce, Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer Mick Wiskerchen, former PropTech strategy advisor and COO of ClickBank came on. Then other key additional leaders including REVvy's customer success leader Aubrey Abbott joined forces.

REVvy Tech is the progenitor, technology contributor, and initial facilitator of REVvy DAO.

REVvy DAO is a Wyoming registered Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) that serves as the industry's first "Universal Real Estate Plant."

Unlike other commercial ventures, the DAO's objective is not one of profit but rather democratization, making accessible the world's real estate information. Additionally, unlike other industry information services, REVvy DAO is governed by network participants and token holders, ensuring alignment for the greatest good and reducing reliance on special interests. The DAO is universal and therefore is open to everyone, including owners, prospective buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, investors, and title insurers.

REVvy DAO is an open-source development effort and community where participation and contributions are highly encouraged.

Our Team

The REVvy team comprises an incredible mix of software engineers, crypto and blockchain developers, finance experts, and title industry veterans.
